Steve, President of Nutri-Lawn, oversees operations in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. With 20+ years in lawn care and irrigation, he excels in turfgrass management and company culture. A Certified Landscape Technician, he is also the Vice President of Plant Health Atlantic.
Matt, Vice President of Nova Turf Care Products Ltd., has over 35 years of experience in turfgrass management. He has owned Nova Turf since 2006 and aims to enhance the profile of Professional Landscape/Lawncare Operators by fostering learning opportunities for LNS Membership.
David, Treasurer of Armdale Lawn Care, holds a CPA designation and a business degree from Saint Mary’s University. He co-runs Armdale Lawn Care with his brother and serves on various boards, including Mountain Bike Halifax. His hobbies include skiing, biking, and motorcycling.
Pamela co-founded Heritage Landscapes in 1999, bringing her horticultural, corporate, and educational experience to the business. Her deep passion for design, landscape architecture, and plants enriches her contributions to the landscaping community.
Colin, the Landscape, Sports, and Municipal rep for Halifax Seed, has 15+ years in the seed industry and 30+ years in horticulture. Living in the Annapolis Valley, he enjoys camping, golf, softball, and family time. Colin’s expertise is rooted in his family farm upbringing.
Paul works for Toromont CAT and has contributed to the landscape and construction industry since 1999. A long-serving member of Landscape Nova Scotia, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and playing hockey in his free time.
Paige, a dedicated LNS board member, brings 12 years of experience in commercial fleet management. She is passionate about preserving Nova Scotia’s landscapes, exploring the outdoors, and tending to her gardens. Paige is committed to promoting sustainable landscaping practices.
Ben, founder and owner of Nature’s Reflections Landscaping Ltd., established in 2006, offers hardscaping, lawn care, and snow removal services. A Niagara College’s Horticultural Technician program graduate, Ben volunteers locally and is deeply committed to his community.
Office Manager at The Stone Depot, with four years of experience supporting the landscaping industry. I enjoy working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
With my time on the board, I hope to support the continued growth of Landscape Nova Scotia by contributing to member engagement, industry development, and initiatives that strengthen the profession across the province.
Mitchell started his career in 2011 at Atlantic Cat when he was 20. He spent 9.5 years working through various roles and into parts and service sales. He then moved into a rental representative role with Battlefield Equipment Rentals for 5 years, and in 2025 moved over to Brandt Tractor Ltd. as the Sales Manager for Compact Construction Equipment/Worksite Products.
He has met a lot of great, hard working people in the landscape industry in his career and hopes to continue to support and stay involved in the industry through Landscape Nova Scotia.
David, President of Weed Maritimes, operates in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI. Formerly a corporate lawyer, he is active in community service and serves on multiple boards, including CNLA and Plant Health Atlantic. David resides in Dartmouth with his family.
Liddy, the owner of Wallace Landscapes Ltd., is Red Seal Certified in Landscape Horticulture. With a diploma in environmental horticulture, she specializes in high-end landscape maintenance. Liddy brings decades of industry experience and passion to the board.
