Inside Sales and Logistics Coordinator
Duties
Include but not limited to
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and industry standards,
- Assist retail customers and contractors in-store and over the phone with product information, selection and sales
- Process and place product orders to suppliers

- Supervise team members to ensure safety protocols are followed.

will only be filled if we find the right person. Position vision ranges from part time seasonal for someone who has
scheduling flexibility but doesn’t want fulltime hours, to a fulltime career salaried position. If you’ve been running your
own electrical business, and are ready for the support that comes from being part of Holland Home Leisure, a hybrid
position is possible, with a blend of the type of work you normally sell and book, and the specific work that we generate.
Other aspects would include learning pool automation, and diagnostic and repair (electric) of anything we sell.

Territory Manager – Compact Construction Equipment
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Lead Pool Installation Technician
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Leadership
- Run pool builds from layout to final clean-up
- Organize crew, materials, and equipment daily
- Keep projects moving even when the unexpected happens
- Communicate with management and homeowners professionally
- Make decisions in the field — not wait for instructions
Technical Installation
- Read and understand landscape & construction drawings
- Set grades and elevations accurately
- Oversee excavation and base prep
- Install in-ground pools (fiberglass and/or steel/vinyl liner)
- Plumbing: lines, skimmers, returns, drains, equipment pads
- Coordinate inspections and site readiness
- Work alongside hardscape crews to prepare surrounding poolscape
Crew Leadership
- Direct and mentor crew members
- Teach newer installers proper techniques
- Maintain site organization and workflow

Gardening and Maintenance Lead
Previous experience with a maintenance team and softscaping knowledge is required.
- Paid 30 min lunch + 2 x 15 min breaks
- Health and Dental benefits package available (after 3 months)
- Longer long weekends – 6 x 4-day weekends on designated Holidays
- Leading a team of 1-3 people in lawn mowing, fall/spring clean ups, gardening, softscaping installations and related tasks, training and mentoring where necessary
- On shift from approximately 6:45 am to 5:15 pm (earlier/later/additional hours may be required)
- Estimating for and pick up/delivery of soil, mulch, etc.
- Assisting in other projects including hardscaping and construction
- Retrieving/returning truck, trailer and equipment at yard (Spryfield area)
- April – November. Snow removal is not part of this role.
